Common Reasons for an Order Hold
BMI Verification Video
For weight loss treatments, we need to verify your BMI as part of your consultation. You'll be asked to record a short head-to-toe video so our clinician can confirm your eligibility. This is a standard safety check required by clinical guidelines.
Previous Use Evidence (PUE)
If you've used Mounjaro or Wegovy before (with another provider), we need proof of your previous treatment. This helps us prescribe the correct dose safely. Acceptable evidence includes:
- A photo of your previous medication packaging (showing the dose)
- An email confirmation from your previous provider
- A prescription or dispensing record
Treatment Gap Over 12 Weeks
If more than 12 weeks have passed since your last dose, clinical guidelines require us to restart you at a lower dose. This is for your safety — jumping back to a higher dose after a break can increase the risk of side effects.
