According to the manufacturer’s guidelines, GLP medications should be stored in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C). Our packaging has been rigorously tested to keep medications within this temperature range for up to 36 hours — often even longer. A melted ice pack does not necessarily mean the medication's temperature went above 8°C.
It’s important to know: Do not freeze the medication. If the pen has been frozen, do not use it. This is why we carefully balance the amount of ice used — too much ice can risk freezing the medication, which is just as harmful. Our packaging setup is designed and tested to avoid both overheating and freezing.
Even if delivery took longer than 36 hours, please note:

Mounjaro KwikPen can be stored unrefrigerated at temperatures up to 30°C for up to 30 days.

Wegovy FlexTouch can be stored unrefrigerated at temperatures below 30°C for up to 6 weeks.
