We introduced our new smart logic system on April 7th. This follows the updated GPhC guidelines released in early February, which encourage providers to start aligning with the new standards as soon as possible. Naturally, making changes to technology systems safely and thoughtfully takes a little time.
One of the key updates in the new guidelines is that an independently verified BMI is now required. They have also made it clear that a photo alone is no longer acceptable.
To meet these new standards, we have introduced four options for verification:

Self-recorded live video (short video recorded by yourself live in our system)

Booking a Teams or WhatsApp video call with a clinical member of our team (pillsorted.com/wl)

Providing an updated NHS Summary Care Record (SCR) (England only)

Submitting a stamped letter from a healthcare professional
The good news is that we only need this verification for your first order — and then again later as you reach certain key milestones in your journey.
