Because we operate as a pharmacy and must follow strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for certain items, including medications.
If you believe your pen is faulty, please contact the manufacturer directly. Their help desks are trained to troubleshoot pen issues over the phone and will open a formal case if necessary. They’ll also notify us if any further action is required.
