We’d love for you to stay with us, but we understand that sometimes you need documentation for another pharmacy or when travelling. Our customer care team will be happy to send you a GP letter that includes all the necessary information.
The evidence that includes all of the following:
- Your full name
- The date of supply
- The pharmacy's name
- The product name
- The prescribed strength
The dispensing label is the best form of evidence. If that is not available, an email confirmation containing all above required details is the next best option. Please note that the leading cause of delayed orders is the lack of valid evidence.
