Short Answer
If someone else (such as a carer or family member) was previously managing your medication on your behalf, your reminders may still be going to them instead of you.
Details
When you first registered with PillSorted, a carer or family member may have been set up as your nominated contact. This means your medication reminders — emails or texts letting you know it is time to reorder — are sent to them rather than to you directly.
If your circumstances have changed and you would now like to manage your own medication, we can update your account so reminders come straight to you.
What To Do
- Get in touch with us and let us know you would like to receive your own medication reminders.
- We will update your account so reminders are sent directly to your email address or phone number.
- You will start receiving reminders from your next medication cycle.
