First, check your tracking link from the shipping email. If your order is overdue or the tracking shows a problem, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Steps to Take
- Check your shipping email — look for "Your Order Has Been Shipped" and click the tracking link
- Allow time — standard delivery is 1–2 working days. If dispatched late in the day, allow an extra day
- Check with neighbours — Royal Mail may have left it with a neighbour or in a safe place
- Check your letterbox — smaller items may fit through the letterbox
- Look for a "Sorry we missed you" card — you may need to collect from your local delivery office
If It's Still Missing

- Your order number
- Your delivery address
We'll investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement if needed.
