Yes — contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address or delay your delivery. We can adjust your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet.
To Change Your Delivery Address
Email us at help@pillsorted.com with:
- Your name and order number
- The new delivery address
If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to redirect it. Contact us and we'll arrange a resend once the original is returned.
To Delay Your Delivery
If you're going away or want to push your delivery back, just let us know. We can hold your order and send it when you're ready.
