Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping notification with a Royal Mail tracking link. Most deliveries arrive the next working day. Check your tracking link for the latest status.
How to Track Your Order
- Look for the email titled "Your Order Has Been Shipped! Track Your Delivery"
- Click the tracking link in the email
- This takes you to Royal Mail's tracking page with real-time updates
Expected Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Weekends and bank holidays: Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. Orders dispatched on Friday may arrive Monday.
- Weight loss treatments: sent via tracked, temperature-controlled packaging
What If My Tracking Shows a Problem?
- "Attempted delivery" — Royal Mail will try again the next working day, or leave a card with collection instructions
- "Returned to sender" — this usually means the address couldn't be found. Contact us and we'll resend to the correct address
- "Delivered" but you haven't received it — check with neighbours and any safe places. If still missing, contact us
