Short Answer
If your pharmacy nomination has been changed (either accidentally or by another pharmacy), your prescriptions will be sent elsewhere. To switch back to PillSorted, contact us or ask your GP — unfortunately, the NHS App only shows local high street pharmacies, not online pharmacies like PillSorted.
Why Did My Nomination Change?
Nominations can change if:
- Another pharmacy set themselves as your nominated pharmacy (this can happen if you collect a prescription from a high street pharmacy)
- You or someone else changed it through the NHS App
- Your GP surgery updated it
Why Can't I Find PillSorted on the NHS App?
The NHS App only lists local, physical pharmacies — it doesn't show Distance Selling Pharmacies (online pharmacies) like PillSorted. This surprises many patients who can see their local shops but can't find us. It's a limitation of the NHS App, not a problem with your account.
