Short Answer
To nominate PillSorted as your pharmacy, either contact us directly or ask your GP. The NHS App only shows local high street pharmacies, so you won't find PillSorted there — but your GP can set us as your nominated pharmacy using our ODS code.
What Is Pharmacy Nomination?
Pharmacy nomination tells your GP where to send your electronic prescriptions. When PillSorted is your nominated pharmacy, we receive your prescriptions automatically — no need to collect paper prescriptions.
Why Can't I Find PillSorted on the NHS App?
PillSorted is a Distance Selling Pharmacy (an online pharmacy). The NHS App only lists local, physical pharmacies — so you'll see high street shops but not online pharmacies like us. This is a known limitation of the app, and many patients are surprised by it.
How to Nominate Us
Option 1: Contact Us
The easiest way — email us at help@pillsorted.com or call us and we'll arrange the nomination for you.
Option 2: Ask Your GP
Call your GP surgery or ask at your next appointment to nominate PillSorted as your pharmacy. Give them our ODS code: FRG22.
What Happens After Nomination?
All future electronic prescriptions from your GP will be sent directly to us. We'll dispense your medication and deliver it to your registered address.
