- The reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
What Happens Next
- Before dispatch: we'll cancel the order and process a full refund
- After dispatch: we may not be able to cancel. Contact us and we'll advise on your options, which may include returning the order
- NHS prescriptions: if your medication has already been dispensed against an NHS prescription, cancellation may not be possible
