Your Delivery Package
Your Wegovy order from PillSorted arrives in discreet, plain packaging with a “Keep Refrigerated” label. Inside, wool insulation and ice packs keep your medication at fridge temperature (2–8°C) for up to 36 hours, so it arrives safely even if you’re not in straight away.
What’s Inside the Box?
- Wegovy FlexTouch pen — pre-filled with your prescribed dose (0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, or 2.4 mg)
- Disposable NovoFine needles — one for each weekly injection
- Alcohol swabs — for cleaning the injection site

How to Store Your Wegovy Pen
- Before first use: Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
- After first use: Can be kept at room temperature (up to 30°C) for up to 28 days.
- Keep the pen cap on when not in use to protect from light.
- Do not use if the solution looks cloudy, discoloured, or contains particles.
Inspecting Your Pen Before Use
- Check the expiry date on the label.
- Look through the viewing window — the solution should be clear and colourless.
- Make sure the pen cap is secure and undamaged.
How to Use the Wegovy FlexTouch Pen
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Attach a new needle — remove the paper tab, push the needle straight on, and twist to secure.
- Check the flow — with a new pen, turn the dose counter to the flow check symbol, point the needle up, and press the dose button until “0” appears and a drop shows at the tip.
- Set your dose — turn the dose counter until your prescribed dose is shown.
- Choose your site — stomach (5 cm from belly button), front of thigh, or upper arm. Rotate weekly.
- Clean the site with an alcohol swab and let it dry.
- Insert the needle at a 90° angle into a skin fold. Press the dose button and hold for 6 seconds.
- Remove and dispose — put the outer cap back on, unscrew, and place in your sharps bin.
When Your Sharps Bin Is Full
When your sharps bin is full, do not put it in household waste. You can return it to any pharmacy (including PillSorted) or contact your local council for collection. We’ll send a replacement bin with your next order.
