Request for account deletion

Dear PillSorted team, I am writing to formally request the closure of my PillSorted account and the permanent deletion of all my personal data held within your systems. Additionally, I would like to be removed as a nominated pharmacy in the NHS system, and I do not wish to receive any further communication from PillSorted. Please confirm once my account has been successfully deleted and my details removed from your database. If you require any further information to process this request, please let me know.
